This Refund Policy explains how payments made for services on Photobee.ai are handled. By subscribing to, purchasing, or using any paid feature, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Digital Service Nature

Photobee.ai provides digital services including photography hosting, AI-powered photo delivery, event galleries, downloads, and related platform tools. Once a user activates or uses these services, the service is considered delivered and consumed as a digital offering.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any services already taken, activated, accessed, or used by the user. This includes subscription fees, plan upgrades, event-related services, storage, AI processing, downloads, customizations, and any other digital service made available through the platform.

Subscriptions and Renewals

All subscription payments, recurring renewals, and plan upgrades are non-refundable once charged. If you do not wish to continue with a future billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date. Canceling stops future charges only and does not create a refund right for the current or past billing period.

Custom and Event-Based Services

Any custom setup, branded delivery flow, event activation, additional storage allocation, AI processing, gallery configuration, or related service performed for your account is non-refundable once the work has started, been provisioned, or been made available to you.

User Responsibility Before Purchase

Users are responsible for reviewing plan details, service scope, pricing, feature limitations, and billing terms before making a purchase. If you have any questions about suitability, you should contact us before completing payment.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were delivered, activated, or used, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the account, galleries, downloads, storage, or related services while the matter is under review. Submission of a dispute does not make the payment refundable under this policy.

Exceptional Cases

Any exception to this policy, if considered at all, will be solely at the discretion of Photobee.ai. No exception, support communication, temporary issue, or service request shall be interpreted as a guarantee of a refund.
