Plan access is typically enabled immediately after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, activation may take up to 30 minutes due to network, risk checks, or payment gateway delays.

Core features such as event creation, gallery hosting, AI search, sharing tools, and download workflows are made available according to your active plan limits and settings.

Where custom setup or assisted onboarding is included, timelines depend on the project scope and required information from the customer. Estimated timelines are communicated by support.

We target high availability but may perform maintenance, upgrades, or security updates. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled to minimize disruption.
